The Carbon Saver Standard includes:-
Gap Assessment - Initial gap assessment to determine whether your organisation meets the criteria for certification.
Full Assisted Certification - Our specialists will collate your evidence pack, prepare your footprint report and complete the application forms and spreadsheets for you.
Footprint Verification - Your emissions data will be reviewed to determine if your organisation achieves the reduction requirements set by DECC and the Environment Agency.
Quality Assessment - Your policies, procedures and reduction programmes are reviewed and assessed against 10 qualitative criteria. With detailed ranking and benchmarking provided so you know how you are doing compared to others.
Site Visits - As part of the accreditation process our assessors will visit a selection of your sites.
Independent Assurance - Our quality assurance partners, Bureau Veritas, provide an external, third party review of every certification.
Benchmarking Report - Do you want to know how you are performing? The benchmarking report provides detailed rankings on a dozen criteria so you know where you are doing well and where you need to improve.
Carbon Saver Action Plan - Improving your CRC performance and reducing emissions is a key part of the certification process. The Carbon Saver Action Plan will help you prioritise improvements to reduce your energy costs and carbon tax liability.
PR & Marketing - Our marketing team will prepare press releases, case studies and provide logos/ marketing materials to make sure you get the most benefit from being certified as a Carbon Saver.
No Annual Fees - your certification lasts for 2 years and there are no annual fees or licence charges to pay.
